Periods are a natural part of life, yet too many young people and their families still feel unsure, embarrassed, or completely in the dark about what is happening in their bodies. For Lady’s Sake is proud to join forces with the Period Education Project (PEP) to change that narrative.
Together, and with resources from other great organizations, we are curating a library of short videos and easy-to-share visuals that break down the science, dispel myths, and celebrate the power of menstruation in straightforward, judgment-free language.
This digital hub is more than a collection of resources—it’s one piece of a broader educational mission. In Kentuckiana, our partnership extends beyond the screen through free, in-person menstrual education classes (PEP Rallies) for youth groups and community organizations. If you’d like to host or attend a session, please reach out to us at info@forladyssake.com; we’d love to tailor a class to your needs.
(For Lady’s Sake is honored to share these materials, but we do not claim ownership or copyright—our role is to amplify their expert content and ensure it reaches the communities we serve.)
